When we first discovered these replacement collets for the Bosch Colt PR20 (they also fit the Rigid 2400), we were immediately struck with their quality and precision. Made in the US by Think & Tinker, they feature the ER collet geometry that's so highly regarded in the  CNC world. The kit includes both 1/8" and 1/4" collets, the collet nut into which the collets snap, a spanning non-slip wrench, a precision-ground indicatoer pin and a bottle of collet maintenance/cleaner.

Well engineered and manufactured, the collets will offer more accurate routing and higher kerf fidelity. Truer-running bits promote longer tool life and the collets' superior concentricity (Total Indicator Readout of approx .0005") make for a smooth and precise routing experience. Their snap together design and eccentric extraction ring prevents sticking...tool removal is consistent and easy. The non-slip wrench produces no radial nut distortion, so mis-shapen collets become a thing of the past.
