The  Off-Fence Mortising Kit (the standard kit for $89.95 is pictured above) provides an aluminum secondary fence that opposes the Micro Fence Edge Guide and "entraps" the work piece, making it virtually impossible to wander from the edge of the material (even when making multiple passes). Operations such as blind or "stopped-off" mortises (most efficiently cut with a plunge router) are within the scope of this accessory. Like our Universal Router Plate, our Clamp Interface Packages and our Ellipse Packages, the Off-Fence Mortising Kit requires our Model A Mounting Bar.

There are three purchasing options for the Off-Fence Mortising Kit, please make your selection in the drop down box below using this as your guide:

1. The standard Off-Fence Mortising Kit, including Universal Router Plate and posts. Choose this if you already own the Model A Mounting Bar.
2. If you don't already have the Model A Mounting Bar, choose Off-Fence Mortising Kit & Model A Bar to get everything you need to fit your Micro Fence Edge-Guide.
3. If you already have the Universal Router Plate (which comes as part of theEllipse Kits and/or Clamp Interface Packages), please select Off-Fence w/o Plate & Posts below to save money and avoid duplicating any items in your Micro Fence System.
