These carbide tipped, bearing guided bits are made by Whiteside and offer the ability to follow a template or pattern with the 1/2" bearing that sits above the carbide cutting edges. The one on the left has a cutting diameter of 1/2" and a cutting edge length of 1/8" (beneficial for thinner templates and shallow cuts such as those used for installing circular or elliptical medallions and veneers). The right bit is the same diameter but has a 1/4" cutting edge length for deeper requirements. The bits are available seperately or as a pair. Use the drop down box to select.
