Before an order leaves the Micro Fence warehouse, it is checked for accuracy and completion to make your shopping experience with us as easy as possible.

Catalog/DVD Requests

If you would like a copy of our newest catalog and DVD, please send us an email at microfence@microfence.com  or call us at 800.480.6427 and we will send it out right away.

Orders

All of our products are described in detail on our website. If you have any questions before you place an order, we encourage you to call us at 800.480.6427, or you may email as at microfence@microfence.com. We make every attempt to ship same day, and you will be notified if an item is on backorder.

We accept orders via the website, phone, fax, and email. Whenever you place an order online, your information is protected using SSL encryption. We require a daytime telephone number in the event we need to contact you regarding your order. In the event we are unable to contact you and there are outstanding questions regarding your order, it will not ship until which time we are able to confirm the details.

Our office is open from 8am – 5pm PST Monday thru Friday and usually on Saturdays during the summer months. During trade show season, usually between the months of October – May, our office hours vary but you will be notified on our answering machine when you call.  You will always receive a call back from a member of our staff as soon as possible.

We encourage dealers, schools, and clubs to contact us about any additional discounts we may offer.

Payment

We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) and check or money order.

Please note that we are unable to accept check or money order using the online shopping tool at this time. If you wish to remit payment via check or money order, please call us at (800) 480-6427 to place your order. Please mail your payment to:

Please make sure to reference your order number and allow (7) working days for the check to clear. Sorry, no CODs or payment plans available at this time.

Return/Exchange Policy

We have a money back guarantee on merchandise returned to us within 30 days. Your items must be in the original packaging and suitable for resale (to be determined by Micro Fence). Please call and notify us of the return before you ship it. If you are having problems with your Micro Fence product or wish to do an exchange, please contact us so we can make the appropriate arrangements. Special order bits and other products not manufactured by Micro Fence may be subject to a restocking charge. Due to increased shipping costs, we can only refund shipping charges if the return is a result of our error. Returns or exchanges on products after the 30 days has past are at the sole discretion of Micro Fence. We do offer a lifetime guarantee on all Micro Fence products in the event of factory defects. As always, just give us a call at (800) 480-6427 if you have any questions or concerns.

Shipping

Domestic Orders are normally shipped via UPS; however other options are available upon special request. Smaller orders, such as Mounting Bars, Sub-Base Assemblies, and small parts are shipped using Parcel Post and are subject to a $5 minimum unless otherwise requested. PLEASE NOTE: the website will automatically list $7.50 as your shipping fee, but we will make a correction before your card is charged and you will be notified of the reduced rate.  Each order is charged shipping and handling based on actual package weight, and it is up to our discretion to adjust shipping charges on your order. If shipping charges need to be adjusted, you will be notified before your card is charged. We apologize for any inconvenience.

If you are requesting overnight delivery, please make sure to place your order prior to 11am. Please note that we cannot always guarantee the availability of overnight shipping during trade show season. Please call us if you have any questions 800.480.6427.

International Orders and Oversized Packages will have the actual shipping charge calculated after your order is placed, and you will receive an email confirmation including your total. If you would like to know the total before your card is charged, please leave a message for us in the “Comments” box on your order. We ship worldwide, but ask that you pay in U.S. Dollars.

Technical Assistance

Micro Fence includes a detailed instruction booklet with each product it manufactures. Our website and DVD are also fantastic resources.

If you still require technical assistance please feel free to call us at 800.480.6427 between the hours of 8am – 5pm PST Monday thru Friday. In the event that Rich is unavailable due to a trade show, we will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
