Before an order for a Micro Fence® System leaves our warehouse, it is checked for accuracy and completion to make your shopping experience with us as easy as possible.

Catalog/DVD Requests

If you would like a copy of our newest catalog and DVD, please send us an email at microfence@microfence.com or call us at (800)480-6427 and we will send it out right away.

Orders

All of our products are described in detail on our website. If you have any questions before you place an order, we encourage you to call us at (800)480-6427, or you may email as at microfence@microfence.com. We make every attempt to ship same day, and you will be notified if an item is on backorder. Please note that our tools are custom made in our shop in small production runs to guarantee their high quality; delivery times can potentially vary from 1-4 weeks after the order is placed especially for popular items such as the Plunge Base.

We accept orders via the website, phone, fax, and email. Whenever you place an order online, your information is protected using SSL encryption. We also offer Pay Pal as a payment option, but due to the complex nature of the <Micro Fence® System and international shipping prices there are times when we might need to communicate wit you about your order and if necessary, submit an additional invoice to you with your approval. We require a daytime telephone number in the event we need to contact you regarding your order, and an email address if you are an international customer. In the event we are unable to contact you and there are outstanding questions regarding your order, it will not ship until which time we are able to confirm the details.

Our office is open from 8am 5pm PST Monday thru Friday and usually on Saturdays during the summer months. During trade show season, usually between the months of October May, our office hours vary but you will be notified on our answering machine when you call. You will always receive a call back from a member of our staff as soon as possible.

We encourage dealers, schools, and clubs to contact us about any additional discounts we may offer.

Payment

We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) and check or money order.

Please note that we are unable to accept check or money order using the online shopping tool at this time. If you wish to remit payment via check or money order, please call us at (800) 480-6427 to place your order. Please mail your payment to:

Please make sure to reference your order number and allow (7) working days for the check to clear, longer if it is an eCheck from PayPal. Sorry, no CODs or payment plans available at this time.

Return/Exchange Policy

We have a money back guarantee on merchandise returned to us within 30 days. Your items must be in the original packaging and suitable for resale (to be determined by us). Please call and notify us of the return before you ship it. While we are always happy to accomodate our customers, please do not expect a full refund if you call us five years later and are just opening the box. If, however, you are having problems with the Micro Fence® System or wish to do an exchange, please contact us so we can make the appropriate arrangements. Special order bits and other products not manufactured by us may be subject to a restocking charge. Due to increased shipping costs, we can only refund shipping charges if the return is a result of our error. Returns or exchanges on products after the 30 days has past are at the sole discretion of the company. We do offer a lifetime guarantee on the Micro Fence® System in the event of factory defects. As always, just give us a call at (800) 480-6427 if you have any questions or concerns.

Shipping

Domestic Orders can be shipped via UPS or USPS. Please refer to the chart below for shipping rates. If the shipping charge on your order needs to be adjusted, we will notify you before your card is charged. If you paid with Pay Pal you will sent an additional invoice as necessary.

International Orders (including Hawaii and Alaska) and Over-sized Packages will be calculated after your order is placed. We will email you the appropriate shipping rate and your order will be processed upon your authorization. Again, if this is a Pay Pal order, we will send you an additional invoice as necessary.

If you are requesting overnight delivery, please make sure to place your order prior to 11am, and contact us at (800)480-6427 for immediate assistance. Please note that we cannot always guarantee the availability of overnight shipping.

Technical Assistance

The Micro Fence® System includes a detailed instruction booklet with each product. Our website and DVD are also fantastic resources and the website is updated regularly.

If you still require technical assistance please feel free to call us at (800)480-6427 between the hours of 8am 5pm PST Monday thru Friday. In the event that Rich is unavailable due to a trade show, we will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
