Pictured to the left is the Standard 1/4″ X 1 1/2″ Stainless Steel Center Pin, which is used with our Circle Jig. It has a 3/8″ long spike at one end that is turned to 5/32″ diameter (to fit securely into a 1/8″ pilot hole).

The next thumbnail picture is of the Center Pin we use with our Center Bar & Leveler Kit  (circles 12″ and smaller).  It features the same 3/8″ spike as the Standard but measures only 3/8″ on its 1/4″ diameter (3/4″ overall).

We also make a 1/16th Center Pin, also shown to the left, which is used with our Center Bar & Levelers accessory. The 1/16th Center Pin requires only a 1/16″ pilot hole. When doing “string and berry” inlays or other geometrically designed inlay tasks, this smaller pilot hole needed for this pin can be covered by any inlay of greater dimension (e.g. >3/32″), making the pilot holes invisible.

Our longer Center Pin is available for our Circle Jig and measures 1/4″X 2″,   (pictured in the  thumbnail photo). If you’d prefer a little more security and strength in the Center Pin’s installation (maybe for a larger diameter circle or heavier cuts in thicker material), this pin features a longer 5/8″ spike to seat in your pilot hole (or our Center Pin Sleeve), and a longer 1/4″ post for more “head room” above our Circle Jig’s rear trammel bar.

Center Pin Sleeve

When making repetitive circular cuts, this stainless steel flanged sleeve can be used to eliminate the possibility of pilot hole wear. (Requires a 1/4″ hole).
