This is what you need if you do not yet have our Edge Guide and want to fit one of the various clamp/straight-edge extrusions with the Micro Fence adjusting capability. All of our Clamp Interface Packages require either the Circle Jig Attachment or Circle Jig Complete, so we have introduced this package, which includes everything you need if you’re purchasing for the first time.

You can choose from any of the clamps listed in the appropriate “Choose an Option” drop-down box and we’ll include the appropriate UHMW slide to fit the manufacturer’s extrusion you specify. You can view instructions for many of the above extrusions here.

Description

The set-up brings the elements of a panel router with the added benefit of micrometer-adjusted cuts using the extruded clamp of your choice as a guide. It makes the perfect straight-line travel of your router virtually fail-proof. Adjustments to the dimension or position of your cut can be made with the Micro Fence System rather than by moving the clamp, making this set-up ideal for fluting or off-sized dadoes (even out in the middle of a sheet of plywood). Having the Circle Jig Complete adds the capability to cut circles from 6″ to 48″ diameter.

Any router can be mounted on the Universal Router Plate, which can be drilled to fit your router by using its factory sub-base as a template (we include an instruction sheet with every Interface Pkg). Alternatively, we can pre-drill the plate for many of the most popular routers for $30.

We highly recommend using DynaGlide Dry Lube Spray to help you maintain drag-free operation with our interface slides. The Stop Collar Set is extremely useful for memorizing cut positions or locating relational secondary cuts. This package comes fitted with the Model A Mounting Bar, which is required for use with our interfaces. If you want to mount the Circle Jig directly to your router, you may need to purchase an additional Mounting Bar package.
